By downloading or using the CodeBrain Kit you agree to this EULA.
Grant of license
We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use, modify, and adapt the CodeBrain Kit for your own business purposes. The Kit includes templates, workflows, prompts, and related materials.
Restrictions
- No reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution of the Kit.
- Do not share download links or package contents publicly.
- Use of trademarks or branding requires prior written permission.
Ownership
The Kit and associated materials are owned by CodeBrain. You own the outputs you create for your business using the Kit.
Updates
If updates are offered, they may modify or replace parts of the Kit. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Teams (Done‑For‑You)
For Teams engagements, we implement and tailor the system for your team and may deliver team‑specific materials. Pricing is per user with minimum seats and a one‑time onboarding fee. Service scope is agreed in writing.
Disclaimer
The Kit is provided “as is” without warranties. Review AI outputs before delivery. Keep backups of your files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeBrain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Kit.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Canada.
