Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using CodeBrain.
Overview
CodeBrain provides a downloadable workflow kit (the “Kit”), an optional community (“Community”), and a done‑for‑you implementation offering for teams (“Teams”). We are based in Canada and sell worldwide. All prices are in USD.
Purchases & currency
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location. Transactions are processed by third‑party payment providers.
License (Kit)
Upon purchase of the Kit, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use, modify, and adapt the templates and materials for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Kit, derivatives, or access to it.
Community
Community access is managed via Skool and is subject to Skool’s terms and privacy. Community participation is optional and separate from the Kit license.
Teams (Done‑For‑You)
Teams is a services engagement where we help implement, tailor, and improve the system for your team. Pricing is per user with minimum seats and an onboarding fee, as quoted. Deliverables and scope are defined at the start of the engagement.
Refunds
All Kit sales are final. The Kit is a digital download and cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use & responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the system and any data you process. Review AI outputs before delivery. Do not misuse or redistribute licensed materials.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Kit and services are provided “as is” without warranties. CodeBrain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Kit, Community, or Teams services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in an appropriate Canadian venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
